Immunity Building Juice Recipe and Juice Cures

 

With the current pandemic and the warmer weather, this juice can help keeping us healthy and hydrated. Also, it adds some vegetables to our intake, and always the more vegetables we eat the better.  If you are used to sweeter drinks, remember that it is important to train our taste buds to reduce sugar intake.

 

Ingredients
•     1 small Roma tomato
•     2 ribs Celery
•     3 inches Fresh ginger
•     1 Red apple
•     1 Tbsp. Minced garlic
•     16 oz. Lemon juice
•     1 Carrot 
•    10 oz. water

 

Directions
1-    Wash all produce thoroughly
2-    Add all the ingredients to a blender or juicer
3-    Store in the refrigerator and enjoy throughout the day!
