Obesity Still on the Increase for American Men

[graphic credit: Pixabay.com] In light of June being Men's Health Month, let me address this...among American men, the health crisis of being overweight and obese continues to plague our country. For adults in the U.S. “New data shows that nearly 40 percent of them were obese in 2015 and 2016, a sharp increase from a decade earlier, federal health officials reported Friday.”[i] Continuing and increased publicity about the problem isn't reducing it: “But just telling people there’s a problem doesn’t solve it.”[ii] We are buying and eating more fast food than ever before, for one thing. “"There's no doubt about it, overall obesity remains an epidemic in the U.S. The numbers are tremendous,"
