How to Eat Healthy on a Budget

I think by now, most of us know the importance of eating right, for maintaining proper weight, and to help avoid health problems. But, with so many of us having a budget stretched to the max, it's important to keep any grocery spending within that budget. Yet, buying the right kind of ingredients to eat doesn't mean we have to spend more on all these food items. Prudent planning and follow-through can make such a difference! Buy your produce in-season, when it is most abundant, doesn't need to be shipped as far, and therefore less expensive. Make, and follow, a shopping list. I personally find that this keeps me from not only forgetting things, but makes me think twice about buying frivolo
